Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Absolutely! I love working on custom pieces for clients. If you’re interested in creating something special, email me, and we’ll discuss your vision. You can also check out my Instagram to see some of my previous custom work for inspiration!
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: For items purchased through the website, orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders, however, require more time as each piece goes through multiple stages, including throwing, firing, glazing, and firing again. Current turnaround time for custom work is approximately 4-6 weeks.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. Pottery is delicate and costly to ship, which makes returns difficult. However, if your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Q: Do you take wholesale orders?
A: Yes, I do! Because each piece is handmade, wholesale costs remain consistent regardless of order size. My only requirement for wholesale orders is a minimum of 10 pieces per item to qualify for wholesale pricing. If you’d like to place a wholesale order, send me an email—I’d love to collaborate!
Q: Are your pieces food safe?
A: Yes! All of my functional pottery, such as plates, bowls, and mugs, is made with food-safe materials. Each piece is designed to be both beautiful and practical for everyday use.
Q: Can I put your pottery in the dishwasher or microwave?
A: For best results and to prolong the life of your handmade pottery, I recommend handwashing your pieces and avoiding the microwave. While durable, handmade ceramics can be more sensitive to extreme temperature changes.

Q: I’m a retailer. Can I carry Vivienne Monroe Pottery in my store?
A: Absolutely! If you’re interested in carrying Vivienne Monroe Pottery in your shop, I’d love to work with you. Please email me with details about your store, and we can discuss wholesale options and how to bring my pieces to your customers.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! Local pickup is available at two different locations. On select Thursday nights at Jammin’ Jensen in Downtown Jensen Beach from 6–9 PM and on select Saturdays at Hobe Sound Farmers Market from 9AM-2PM. Simply choose Local Pickup at checkout, and I’ll have your order ready for you to pick up at the event. This service is free of charge!
Q: Are the sizes and finishes of items guaranteed to match exactly?
A: Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, all sizes are approximate, and each piece is unique. Slight variations in size, color, and finish, as well as small imperfections, are natural and reflect the individuality of handcrafted art.
